My internet connection keeps on dropping out

  • How frequent are you experiencing dropouts?
  • When did you start to experience the issue?
  • Was there something done or did something happen before you had the issue?
  • Check if there are any changes in the modem's lights or NTD lights when the connection drops out
  • How many devices are experiencing the issue?
  • Is there a specific time of the day that you are experiencing the issue?
  • Connect a device via an ethernet cable and observe the connection.
  • Log a report to support@supanetworks if the issue persists and provide the customer a 24-48 business hour TAT
