An Exciting Evolution for Fibercorp

Fibercorp, has come together with b.energy , Epsilon, Smart Automation Systems and ConnecX to form Smart Urban Properties Australia Limited (SUPA), Australia’s first unified converged services provider to multi-occupancy precincts and properties.

In coming together to form SUPA, Fibercorp intends to now operate as SUPA Networks and improve the lifestyles of the communities we serve by delivering inspiring buildings and occupier experiences.

Whilst we might look different as SUPA Networks, importantly, for our customers, our partners and our people; the directors, management and team at Fibercorp remain the same.

So, it is business as usual with the benefit of Fibercorp, now being part of a much larger, like-minded company to provide expanded services, greater value and elevated experiences.

Through three new operating divisions of SUPA Energy, SUPA Networks and SUPA Tech, we’re bringing renewables and mobility; super-fast fibre and communications infrastructure; integrated in-building technologies, platforms and apps together to create smarter, safer, and more sustainable multi-occupancy properties.

SUPA is invested in your building’s future and is on your side to increase multi-occupancy property attractiveness, valuation and occupier pride while reducing construction and operating costs and helping with occupier’s cost of living.

Thank you for your continued support of Fibercorp, we look forward to sharing more about SUPA with you and continuing to be at your service.

Welcome to the smart urban property revolution.  We’re on your side.

Fibercorp is a private Australian-owned superfast broadband carrier, accredited by the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA), to provide fibre to the premise solutions. We work with our clients, including developers, electricians, builders, and architects to provide a tailored fiber solution allowing for access to the essential web-based services for residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.

Our network infrastructure allows for broadband internet connection, telephone, pay, and free-to-air TV, as well as the ability to support IP intercom, access control, CCTV, and home automation systems, working alongside our partners, Urmet & Epsilon Security. By using various GPON technologies, our network infrastructure is capable of supporting all of these services on a single fiber distribution architecture, alleviating the need for two or more separate traditional copper networks to deliver services used daily.

Since our establishment in 2016, we have invested heavily in aligning with the 2007 NBN Legislation, making critical investments in our core network which is Nokia/Alcatel Lucent. We also aligned with technology that was not a perceived threat to national security (CALIX USA, a brand that deploys 23,000,000 of these devices in secure networks across the USA, UAE, and Australia) and we aligned with suppliers based in Australia (OSA AUSTRALIA)

As a business, we consider ourselves technology partners to our clients, providing them with a quality product and service while helping them save on construction costs associated with installing various technology services across a development. Fibercorp takes an innovative and class-leading approach to the growing technology and infrastructure demands of our clients, who are looking to improve their infrastructure efficiencies further while being able to deliver reliable, essential services to residents, tenants, and end-users in today’s competitive and ever-evolving market.

We have been tasked with providing technology solutions to over 50,000 dwellings across Australia over the next 10 years. This includes high-rise MDU projects, broad-acre precincts, commercial industrial parks, hotels and hostels, retirement, assisted living, and NDIS living projects. A few of our completed projects are highlighted below.
