Keith Avery – Head of Project Delivery
Keith
began his career with Telecom Australia/Telstra as an exchange installation technician. He performed various roles until commencing a Project Management role with Telstra Corporate and Government Group eventually leading the groups’ Western Australian team. Upon leaving Telstra he immediately moved to a Perth-based consultancy to a role leading the design and project management of Fibre to the Premise (FttP) greenfield estates in various locations across Australia.
In 2012 he moved to Sydney to manage the deployment of the now internationally acclaimed Sekisui House / Frasers Property Central Park site. This involved the design, installation, and commissioning of FttP across 2000 apartments including all BMS services across an ICN backbone.
Keith joined the Fiber Corp team in January 2021. He is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of all FttP solutions in his role with Fiber Corp. This includes fiber backhaul requests, FttP design, material procurement, resource engagement, project management of the site deployment, and of course on-site client management, coordination, and reporting. He is skilled in supervising and directing projects involving client teams as well as both internal and contractor resources. Keith has previously deployed over 5000 greenfield and multi-dwelling unit endpoints across Australia.
